Varelyno stores the account email and password hash you provide, and the people, projects, notes, tasks and other content you save in your Work and Personal spaces. Verification and password-reset emails are used to protect account access. Your Work and Personal data is private to your account.

Where it goes

Account and workspace data is stored on our Synology server. Our email provider delivers verification, reset and admission messages. If you subscribe, Stripe handles payment details and sends us subscription status; we do not store card numbers. We use essential sign-in cookies and local appearance preferences. We do not currently run Meta tracking pixels on this site.

Your choices

You can download both workspaces from your account page. To request access, correction or deletion of your account data, contact [email protected]. Blocking an account stops access but does not erase its workspace data.

This notice describes the current Varelyno setup. The operator should review and complete it before a paid public advertising launch, including operator identity, retention periods and any additional service providers.
